Room size's a tight squeeze for two, but it didn't dim our shine. Makeup light was lacking, but hey, we glowed anyway.

Had a cozy stay in central London. the cafe area was a bit dodgy, but the evening snack service was a nice surprise. Friendly staff! DEFINITELY worth a revisit.

The central location of the hotel was fantastic, making it easy to explore the city. the modern amenities in the room, such as the contemporary power shower and complimentary toiletries, added a touch of luxury to the stay. However, the lack of soundproofing in the rooms and the need for better customer service training were areas that could be improved.

I selected this hotel for attending a town hall meeting, and it provided a great experience for both business travelers and tourists. The location was fantastic, close to restaurants, shopping streets, and underground stations. The staff was amazing, and the room was efficient, with all necessary amenities including tea & coffee facilities and complimentary wine and cheese.

One service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center or a larger workspace within the hotel to carry out some essential work tasks.

Awesome location, smack bang in the middle of everything, right by Oxford Street and a quick hop to the tube stations. The room was cozy but had all the good stuff - electric blinds, a fab shower, and a mega TV. Staff were top-notch, friendly as can be, and the room was spick and span. Lift was a tad sluggish, but no biggie - that AC saved me on a steamy UK night! 🌟

The staff at this hotel is excellent, especially Miss Wing Yan TSANG, who truly understands what hospitality is. the service from all the staff members was top-notch. the snack bar and breakfast offerings were just what we needed and the quality was very good. the location is superb for central London, being just a short walk away from great stations, bars, and shops.

One thing that could be improved is the value for money. Some of the dishes, while tasting alright, were served in containers that felt a bit underwhelming.

The location was mind-blowing, perfect for exploring the city's hotspots like Oxford Street and the West End. The value for money was super compared to other nearby hotels.

The breakfast baguette at the Vietnamese canteen was a flavor explosion that got my taste buds partying like a legendary jazz scene in London! The marinated meat and crunchy veg combo was a symphony of delight, leaving me craving for an encore!

I had a fantastic time exploring Hyde Park, and The Z Hotel’s convenient location made it easy to access all the attractions I wanted to visit. The reliable service and professional staff at The Z Hotel pleasantly surprised me, and I particularly enjoyed the perfect venue for celebratory dinners at the Social Eating House.

The Z Hotel at Soho was fantastic. the staff, extremely professional and helpful. the location is perfect, right in the middle of Soho. the room, though small, was cozy and clean. Great value for central London. Unlimited free still water for guests.

I had a great stay at the Z Hotel! the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Despite the small size, the rooms were clean and comfortable. the breakfast, while not very diverse, offered nice food options. I also loved the refreshing water at the entrance, sometimes infused with lemon, orange, cucumber, and mint. In the evening, they even provided complimentary cheese and wine between 5 and 8 pm, which was a lovely touch. the location was perfect, close to Oxford Circus tube stop, restaurants, and shopping areas like Carnaby Street. a satisfying experience.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were affordable, especially considering the excellent location in the heart of London. It was so convenient to be in the center of all the shops, restaurants, and theaters. The staff was friendly and provided great service throughout my stay. The rooms were well-designed with comfortable beds and basic amenities. I particularly enjoyed the view of London from my room on the upper floor.

Nothing not to love.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the cozy and comfortable room with a big, comfortable bed. The modern shower and bathroom were a plus, and the room had all the necessary amenities like automatic blinds, AC, plugs, and a spacious TV. The staff was lovely and helpful.

We stay at a hotel close to the city center. The location is perfect, near Oxford Circus shopping street and a busy street, so we can always hear the buzz of the people and cars outside. The theatre and lots of shops and restaurants are nearby. The room is clean, but it is quite small that it leaves no space for luggage. However, the air conditioner worked well, and we have access to the free Wi-Fi internet. The staff is helpful and friendly, they even invited us to free wine and cheese. The breakfast is fantastic; we especially love the honeycomb served.

The room has no window for us to enjoy the view outside.

the z hotel was spotless. super close to the tube & oxford street for shopping. we found out about good local spots! and the manager on duty - ismail - went out of his way to make us feel welcome with complimentary drinks when there was a mix-up.

The room was so cozy and thoughtfully designed, with a comfortable bed and a tabletop area for making tea. The private bathroom had clean white towels and all the essentials. The Samsung HD TV with Sky was a nice touch, and the lighting and temperature control made everything feel just right.

I personally found the air conditioning a bit loud, but others might not mind.
